What is an “E” ticket?
E-tickets, are offered by many major airlines, and allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind. OneTravel.com offers e-tickets when they are available.

Bring government issued photo identification (such as a driver’s license or passport) to the airport. E-ticketed passengers must have a printed boarding pass in order to proceed directly through security for check in at the gate. Customers with check-in baggage or E-tickets who do not have printed boarding passes must go to the ticket counter prior to going through security checkpoints.

Can I cancel or make changes to my hotel booking?
Many pre-paid hotels are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. There is a cancellation fee charge you may also be subject to penalties and fees from the hotel. A.R.M. advises you to verify all hotel rules on your pre-paid reservation. SN Travel / Hotel

International Travel Documents

A travel visa is a document issued by a foreign country that provides permission for you to gain entry into that country. A travel visa may be needed for your trip.

 

I have an urgent need for a Passport, what can I do?
Passport processing can be expedited based on the requirements. Once all documents are received, “Rush” services apply when 3 – 10 business days are available for the processing, whereas “Emergency” services apply when 1-2 business days, or less, are available.

What are the fees associated with Visa and Passport processing?

If a Visa is required; do I need to send in my actual Passport?
Yes. For most countries, a passport needs to be submitted so the visa may be stamped on one of the blank visa pages.

Insurances

What’s does my flight insurance cover?

    Unforeseen sickness, injury, or death of the Insured, a Traveling Companion, Immediate Family Member, or Business Partner (Certain exclusions apply.) Requires medical documentation from a licensed M.D. Pre-existing medical conditions may be excluded.

    The Insured’s principal residence being made uninhabitable by fire, flood or similar natural disaster, vandalism or burglary

    • The Insured(s) being subpoenaed, required to serve on jury duty, hijacked, or quarantined.
    • Being involved in or delayed due to an automobile accident en route to departure.
    • Inclement weather that causes complete cessation of services for 24 hrs.
    • Strike, resulting in the complete cessation of travel services at the point of departure and/or destination.
    • A Terrorist Incident in a City listed on the Insured’s itinerary within 30 days of the Insured’s scheduled arrival. “City” means an incorporated municipality having defined borders and does not include the high seas, uninhabited areas, or airspace.
    • A delay due to theft of passports or visas specifically required for the Insured’s Trip.
    • Insured or a Traveling Companion being the victim of a Felonious Assault within 10 days prior to his/her departure date.

    Reasons not covered:

    • Carrier-caused delays such as mechanical difficulties
    • Travel arrangements cancelled by the tour operator, airline, or cruise line.
    • Change in plans (“I just don’t want to go.”).
    • Normal pregnancy or childbirth.
    • Financial circumstances (“I can’t afford to go.”).
    • Business or contractual obligations (“My boss changed my vacation.”).
    • Any government regulation or prohibition, war, civil disorder.

    How do I file a claim?
    The insured party should contact insurance Company. Be prepared with dates of travel, ticket numbers, passenger’s names and details of the reason for the claim including medical documentation if applicable.

    Can I bring extra luggage?
    Yes, you can. Airlines will charge an extra fee for each luggage you bring.

    It’s my ticket refundable?
    Must of the tickets are non-refundable. Unless you purchase an unrestricted airline ticket

    Can I travel with a one-way ticket to any country?
    If you are not citizens of that country you cannot travel with a one way ticket. You need to have round-trip ticket.

    Check-in time?
    As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 14.00 Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

    Check-out time?
    As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 12pm. If you plan a late check-out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll our best to satisfy your needs.

    Is Reception open 24 hours?
    Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

    Which languages are spoken at Reception?
    English, Spanish.

    Can I leave my luggage?
    Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after .We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.

    Is there Internet connection?
    A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel.Wi-Fi in the room (with additional charge)

    Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is the Montego Bay which is located around 1 h 19 min (78.3 km) away.

    Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?
    Yes, you can rent a car either through the hotel or from one of the local car-rental specialists with which we have special agreements in place.

    Can you exchange foreign currency? 
    We also have a currency exchange in the lobby for our guest’s convenience.
